[RESOLVED] Contact Center Email Deliverability Issues - 4/6/2021

4/6/2021, 4:38pm Eastern - As of now we believe the issue should be resolved.  We will continue to monitor and work with SendGrid to figure out the root cause.  Thank you for your patience!

We are currently experiencing deliverability issues with contact center emails.  Messages may end up in the recipient's spam/junk folder, or quarantined by their email system.  We are working with our email processing system, SendGrid, to get this resolved ASAP.  Updates to come.
