We are currently experiencing deliverability issues with contact center emails. Messages may end up in the recipient's spam/junk folder, or quarantined by their email system. We are working with our email processing system, SendGrid, to get this resolved ASAP. Updates to come.

It appears to be impacting Gmail the most.
I'm not having issues in using my Outlook account.
