Searching for members or prospects based on their login activity can be achieved using the advanced search tool from the Profile List. Use this option to see who has or has not logged in within the last 7 days, 30 days, 90 days, or the last year. Additionally, you can search for a list of profiles that have never logged in or those that have logged in at any time since their creation.
Common uses for login activity include:
- Identifying who has never logged in so that you can proactively reach out to find out why, share login instructions, and/or outline member benefits.
- Identifying who logs in after a specific blast email, social media post, etc. to help you better understand what type of content drives logins. This will help you focus more on what resonates with members vs. content they don't find valuable.
- Creating various campaigns around logins. For example, you could search for everyone who has not logged over the past 3 months and send a version of the following note: "We noticed you haven't logged in for 6 months, here are some of the benefits you're missing out on".
How to Access?
From the Profile List, click "Advanced Search By", and select "Last Login Date". Then select the operator (Relative Date Range, Has Ever Logged In, or Has Never Logged in). If you're using the Relative Date Range operator select your date range, and click "Run This Search", otherwise click "Run This Search".
You should see the resulting list of profiles on which you can perform all of the actions native to the Profile List.
