What is it?
The Admin Home screen is the page ASAs and Admins will land on immediately after logging in to MC Professional as an Administrator.
Understanding the Admin Home
The admin home is broken up into 3 sections. The sections include:
Membership Dashboard
1. Current Membership Rosters (top Left)
The Current Membership Rosters section shows an overview of the list of Member Types on the left, along with three Statuses:
-
Active: Members who are maintaining their current membership and are in good standing.
-
Graced: Members who have allowed their expiration date to pass but are still in active status until this period of time has passed.
-
Lapsed: Profiles that were once members in good standing but have allowed their membership to fault without renewing. Lapsed profiles are still counted as member profiles without member benefits. You will see these profiles reflected in red in line with the name of the Member Type.
If you have the Pending status enabled in any of your Member Types, you will see the Pending column as well. This column contains all users that have been set to the Pending status. Pending users can only have their status changed by an administrator.
The Prospect Member Type is listed at the bottom, as Prospects are not members, and do not have Statuses associated with their profiles.
2. New Members in the Last 90 Days (top right)
This section of the Admin Home dashboard is showing you members who are new to the organization within the last 90 days broken down by Member Type. Users are placed in this section if they possess a Join Date that is within the last 90 days. We view engagement as the path to retention, and engagement needs to start as early as possible within the life cycle. This area also gives you the ability to see recently added Prospects, who you can engage with more frequently to grow their likelihood of joining.
Event Dashboard
1. Past Event Attendance (middle left)
This area of the dashboard shows past event attendance. We're using the term 'attendance' specifically, you're able to track who is attending vs. who registered. The dashboard will pull in the 3 most recent past events.
1. Upcoming Expected Event Attendance (middle right)
The Upcoming Expected Event Attendance area pulls in the 3 upcoming events and shows the event date, and the number of registrants so far.
What if my event name is incorrect?
If the event name you view in your event attendance section is incorrect/outdated, it's likely because the Event Name, which is listed in the properties of the event section, is wrong. This can occur if you copy an existing form and don't change the event name. To correct this, edit the form in question, locate your event section, and click the Properties button at the top of the section. Once you do, look into the Element Properties column that opens on the left of the page. Locate the Event Name option here, which is pictured in the below screenshot.
Correct the event name, and it will display properly on your admin home page.
Financial Dashboard
1. Aged Receivables (bottom left)
The Aged Receivables graph shows a summary of the organization's accounts receivable according to the length of time an invoice has been outstanding. Use these numbers to keep up to date on the number of invoices that are past due, and follow up on those past due invoices specifically.
- Current: invoices that are due in the future
- 1-30: invoices between 1 and 30 days past due
- 31-60: invoices between 31 and 60 days past due
- 61-90: invoices between 61 and 90 days past due
- 91+: invoices over 91 days past due
Note: Revenue Accounts marked as Dues Revenue will be excluded from this dashboard view, as Dues Revenue does not qualify as an Aged Receivable.
2. Sales Over Time (bottom right)
The Sales Over Time chart shows the past 12 month view of one specific Revenue Account. Use the Revenue Account Filter button to select the Revenue Account to view.

How does the "Upcoming Events" box decide which events to show? Is there a way to specify which events we would like to show?
Hi Helen - The Upcoming Events box on the Admin Home automatically shows the three next upcoming events. This is determined by the event date, which is visible when you click Properties on an Event Section within a form. I included a screenshot below.
Is is possible to include/display "Pending" to the membership roster or elsewhere on the dashboard?
Hi Kay - It isn't currently possible to add a view for Pending profiles on the Admin Home. Instead, we recommend creating a Saved Search for Pending profiles using the criteria in the screenshot below. That way, to see Pending applicants, you can navigate to the Profile List and choose the Saved Search from the dropdown. Hope that helps!
Why doesn't the Sales Over Time recognize credit memos? So, the total is incorrect.
Hi Debbie - The Sales Over Time report on the Admin Home displays top-line revenue, which excludes refunds. Please feel free to submit product feedback about this - or anything else - by emailing help@memberclicks.com with a summary of the feedback in the subject line and details in the body. The Help Team will send that feedback directly over to the Product Team for evaluation!
Hi Kinsey! Are ASA's the two Admin who are Admin via Member Type and are the other Admin in the admin group? I'm trying to see if I can limit the access of some admin.
Chris
Hi Christine - You can tell which of your Admins are ASAs by clicking into their profile. They will have ASA rights regardless of the permissions given to the Admin Group. You can create multiple Admin Groups if needed – just remember that adding someone to an additional group can only add permissions, it cannot take away permissions. I hope that helps!
Hi Barbara - the Upcoming Events area on the Admin Home is designed to display the 3 next upcoming events based on the date you plug in to the Event Section on an event form. The lefthand side will pull in the 3 most recently past events from that same area in the Event Section.
I've included a screenshot below of where you set this date inside of an event section.
If you'd like to see this work differently in the future, please feel free to submit product feedback using this link. We would love to hear from you!
We have 2 upcoming events, but you can only see one. The Tie Grading Seminar is active and has registrants, but you can't see it on the dashboard. I set the event date correctly. If you look at this screenshot, you'll see that it's just out of view on the dashboard. I want to know how to make it visible.
Barbara - Since this question involves looking into your specific account, I've created a ticket with the Help Team so that they can take a look and dig in further. Expect to hear back from them soon!
Thank you Kinsey!
Is is possible to include/display "Deceased" as a column on the "Current Membership Rosters" dashboard? I see that a column for "Pending" was added recently and we could benefit from seeing the "Deceased" as well.
Additionally, is it possible to change the name "Deceased" to another word that is more appropriate for our use like "Retired"?
Hey there Laura! At this time, it is not possible to include/display "Deceased" as a column, nor can that status be renamed. "Pending" is not a new feature, but may be a new status you've only just started using in your database! (:
In terms of making those columns/terms editable, though it is not possible at this time, please feel free to leave us some feedback about wanting the ability to do so. That goes directly to our Product Team so we can consider it for future enhancements!
We didn't set up up a Grace Period and all of the members lapsed. Is it too late do something about it?
Hey Joe! This is fixable, but is going to require some additional steps. I went ahead and created a ticket for you with our Help Team, but please feel free to call us, too, at 404-879-2800 so we can help you out!
The membership dashboard roster on our account is illegible. Can someone please contact me so we can fix it?
