I don't think these instructions are accurate any longer. ??
Hi Amy,
Yes, these instructions were outdated. Thanks for bringing it to our attention and I've made changes to bring the article up to date.
I tried that address and all I got was referred back to the memberships.com/index and nothing there on webmail.
John - The link has been updated.
Every time I try to access the email admin site, I get a message from Firefox that this is an "Untrusted Connection". It occurs when I click the "here" link in the response on this page, as well. Yesterday this email admin connection worked, but not today. Is there a problem?
Hi Janee - It has to do with the security certificate for the domain. We are working to get it resolved, but in the mean time you can still access the areas by proceeding through the security warning.
Thanks, Gregory - this is a new area of the site for me, so I'm just trying to get acclimated and resolve some issues. We have one mailbox that we've been unable to get into since shortly after it was created, and I'm trying to figure out why. No passwords show when I look at the mailbox details - can I enter a new one there that will supercede the existing password?
Janee - The existing password will never display, but you can enter a new one to replace it at any time.
Thanks, Gregory. I'll try that for this mailbox.
